There are several different floor plans and housing options located within Reflection Lakes Naples. 

Coach Homes

If you’re in the market for a coach home, you can choose between a single or two-story home. Single story units are available as end units. If you’d prefer a two-story coach home, opt for a middle unit.

The coach homes range in square feet from 1,368 to 1,710 sq ft. These homes come with three bedrooms and two or two and a half baths. Each unit comes with a one-car garage.

Duplexes or Townhomes

Built by Engle homes, there are also duplexes or townhouses available. This option is a single-story home that is 2,222 sq ft. Choose between two or three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a two-car garage.

Engle Single Family Homes

If you’re in the market for a single-family home, take your pick from a whopping 13 choices of model homes! These homes range from 1,881 to 3,260 sq ft. Choose from three to five bedrooms and two to three and a half baths.

Depending on the model you choose, you may also get a two or three-car garage. These homes are available as single or two stories.

Lennar Single Family Homes

These homes were constructed in 2012 and range in size from 1,340 to 3,357 sq ft. Options are available that have 3-5 bedrooms and two to three and a half baths. Depending on the model home you prefer, it comes with a two or three-car garage.

Some models also have an additional 1,417 sq ft villa that has its own two-car garage. The villas have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Neal Communities Attached Homes

The newest homes available in Reflection Lakes were finished in 2019 by Neal Communities. They offer two types of housing; single-family and attached.

The attached housing option features 1,524 sq ft and two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage.

Neal Communities Single Family Homes

Neal Communities’ second housing type is a single-family home available in 5 different models. These plans range from 1,772 to 2,914 sq ft. Depending on the model, the house may have three to four bedrooms, two to three and a half bathrooms, a swimming pool and a two or three-car garage.

They say Florida is a golfer’s paradise, and the greater Naples area does not disappoint. There are four golf courses and country clubs within the vicinity of Reflection Lakes.
